Plumula diagnoses houseplants: you photograph a plant, an AI model reads the photo, and you get a diagnosis, a care plan and a follow-up chat. This page is how to reach us and the answers to the questions we get most.
Email: vambranstudio@gmail.com
We usually reply within two working days. Telling us your device, your app version
(Settings → the version at the bottom) and what you expected to happen gets you a faster answer.
Plumula's answers are AI-generated and can be wrong, including the species. On a result, tap Not your plant? and type the correct name — the diagnosis is re-run against it. In a plant's chat you can also just say what it really is, and the plant is re-filed in place.
If a reply is offensive or harmful, long-press it and choose Report. Reports come straight to us and are reviewed.
Plumula Plus and Plumula Canopy are auto-renewable subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they are managed on your device:
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your paid features until the period you have already paid for ends. Refunds are handled by the store, not by us — use reportaproblem.apple.com for App Store purchases.
Open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with. If it still doesn't appear, email us.
In the app: Settings → Delete my data. This removes every plant, photo, diagnosis and chat on the device, and erases anything backed up to our servers. It cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
Plumula never tells you whether a plant is safe to eat, brew or use medicinally, and never declares one safe or toxic for children or pets — identification from a photo can be wrong, and edible plants have poisonous lookalikes. If someone may have eaten part of a plant, or a child or pet is unwell, contact poison control or a doctor or vet immediately.
