Parapegma plans the moving part of a multi-city trip: it prices the flights, trains, buses and ferries of a whole journey, ranks entire trips against what you asked for, and lays each day against the daylight you will actually get. This page is how to reach us and the answers to the questions we get most.

We usually reply within two working days. Telling us your device, your app version
(Settings → Version, near the bottom) and what you expected to happen gets you a faster answer.
Change it. On a day card, tap the ⋮ beside a journey and choose Edit times and fare — the trip's total follows what you put in. A price the app could not confirm says Estimated — tap to correct on the card itself, which is the same edit by a shorter route.
Numbers you have corrected are kept as yours and are not overwritten by a later search. Once a booking has been confirmed through one of our partners, that leg stops being editable — the partner's record is then the one that counts, and two copies that disagree help nobody.
The ⋮ beside any journey holds everything that changes it:
On a day with no travel, Where to travel? plans a day out and back to somewhere within a couple of hours, with both journeys added to the day.
Parapegma only searches direct flights out of your home city, and then routes overland from where those land — so a home city with few direct flights has few trips. Things that widen it:
Every total is what it costs to move — no beds, no meals, no tickets to anything. That is deliberate: mixing a hotel into a travel total makes both numbers useless. Where a bed is worth searching for, the card offers a search with your dates already in it, and that price is never added to the trip.
Fares are estimates until a partner confirms one, and the card always says which it is. Prices are shown in the currency set under Settings → Currency; trips you already made keep the currency they were made with, and changing the setting does not convert anything.
Open the trip and scroll to the bottom: Delete this trip. Its days and legs go with it, and it cannot be undone.
There is no account and nothing of yours is stored on our servers, so uninstalling the app removes everything it ever held. See the Privacy Policy for what leaves the device and why.
A saved trip opens with no signal: sunrise, daylight, distances and the day-by-day plan are all computed on your device. Finding new trips needs a connection, because that is when timetables and fares are read.
Links that take you to a partner to book are affiliate links: if you book through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects the ranking — the app recommends the trip that best fits what you asked for, not the one that pays best. Cancellations, refunds and changes are handled by whoever you booked with, not by us.
No. Parapegma has no subscription, no purchase and no account, and it shows no ads. If you are ever asked to pay for it or to sign in to it, that is not this app — please tell us.
